As an Apple Authorized Service Provider we provide expert, certified and experienced AppleCare Technicians to handle all your in-warranty or out-of-warranty repairs, upgrades and replacements. Our helpful, prompt and courteous service staff can also do on-site work at your business or home.

Purchasing the AppleCare Protection Plan is the most valuable thing you can do for the long life and health of your new Mac. Purchasing AppleCare along with your new Mac provides an additional two years of Warranty service and support to the one year of standard Warranty protection that comes with all new Apple products. How It Works

Bring your Mac to our Retail store conveniently located on South Main St in Downtown Greenville. We will then help you assess your need or diagnose your problem and determine if your Mac is covered under AppleCare warranty. The staff will then check your Mac into our system and get some information about you so we can contact you when your service is complete. You will be informed about our service policies and fees and given an estimate on turnaround time for your service. Most service procedures are completed in 3-4 business days. Some in-store service such as Data transfer and Memory installations can be done while you wait.

*VERY IMPORTANT! We strongly recommend that customers back up all their data, files, pictures, videos and music prior to any service activity. If this is inconvenient for you, we can do a backup for you prior to your service for an additional fee.
